Directly below, you will meet the wild
cottontail rabbits of the Evans' backyard!
Though not Shoo, I was very
grateful for their visits!
Names are given here as
well as with their pictures
From left to right you will see:
Winter, Brandi, Blackberry, Sage,
Clover and Sky.
The cottontail in the photo above
is also Winter.
Upon moving to the next photo you will
find a very lazy Little Joe Squirrel preparing
for his escapade of the day. Sigh.
Meaning getting himself and
me in trouble with the neighbors!
Next you will find the flower link
to Little Joe's escapade of the day.
The story of Joe's antics that day
is more than worth sharing,
and is now open to visit.
Just click on the flower below to read
(Joe's Escapade) and simply close
out the page to return here. (x)
The next picture shows Little Joe
AFTER his escapade at the neighbors.
Next is a photo of a beautiful
butterfly that was visiting us.
Following is the photo of Mandy Dove
and Clover cottontail gotten the
day of Joe's Escapade.
Lastly is a photo of an insect I met last year as
I sat on the step waiting for the cottontails.
I have no idea what she or he is.
At first I thought possibly a Hummingbird
but on closer inspection I saw the visitor
clearly an insect and one who didn't mind
having her picture taken!
Thank you for visiting our backyard!
I hope you enjoy your stay!
Come back soon!
The pictures were all taken
with a little disposable camera
and I had very willing subjects!
And yes, that is a look of fear
crossing that squirrel's face as
he came running up to me after
visiting the neighbor!!
